Prepare a Design to explore your Moving Rasa!

Moving Rasa bridges our internal experience of movement and change in response to the world to how our bodies move in space and with others. Two branches of service are offered to the community.

The first is healing. In Moving Rasa the entry point to healing may occur on a physical, mental, social, or spiritual. And it may be needed relationally with you and a partner.

The second is community building. In Moving Rasa we develop a sensibility for the collective body through shared agreements, discussion and movement practice. Your community may be two people or a much larger group. The goal of these design is to foster experiences that cultivate a sense of self-connection that is not only tuned into one’s boundaries, creativity and needs, but to the well being and manifestation of others in their fullness.
