June Emergent Retreat

The June Moving Rasa Emergent Retreat brought together virtual and in-person mostly BIPOC participants across ability and age from around the country to NYC to collectively experience Moving Rasa for the first time. Members dove into the site-specific play with deeper underpinning into Indonesian spirituality which included concepts such as Bhineeka Tunggal Ika- Unity in Diversity and Gotong Royong- the collective sharing each others burdens. In the last two days of the retreat we collectively uncovered our agency and power around our sexual.identities.
