Trauma Informed Programming for Survivors
Learn how Moving Rasa’s helps SA & DV survivors regain connection and agency in their bodies. Our Trauma Informed approach is incorporated through all aspects of our work ensuring that we create safe spaces to educate, empower and uplift survivors.
Training & Development
We realize training is needed to develop everyone’s professional capacity to operate with confidence as a service provider and/or caring community member. We have had the opportunity to train individuals and organizations to plan and facilitate culturally relevant programming to build agency and increase community engagement amongst their respective constituents.
