A Taste of Health, History and Home - Landing page

All of the programming offered in a Taste of Health, History and Home is inclusive of all people. Our programs may center one marginalized population over another, but all are welcome to attend.

Community Relationship Labs Occur once a month and take place in El Barrio- aka Spanish Harlem. In each class we will cover foundational principles of Moving Rasa and invite participants to play with relationships in their lives they would like to develop their connection to Rasa around. Classes are free and we seek to develop attendance through partnership with community organizations.

Taste of the Archipelagos Is a monthly space that takes place in Astoria, Queens in partnership with Selera Kitchen. This is an event that focuses on one Island cuisine a month and uses the Moving Rasa practice to enhance our experience of tasting food to connect to our memories, desires, cultures, and ways of being.

Breathe Again! Is a free weekly virtual space that happens Sunday evenings from 8-9:30p EST. It is a BIPOC affinity space for people to build a collective of care leaning into the Moving Rasa framework to support our connections.
