What is a Lab?  

In the Moving Rasa Relationship Labs we play with cultivating agency and empowerment in our relationships.  In this way, navigating obstacles and play is just as relevant to my growth and life inquiry as to where I put my attention for the perception of bodily sensations or the blossoming of my imagination. Any awareness of a movement relationship can be a portal to connect to our emerging Rasa - our essence.

Collective

Moving Rasa Labs are not held by one person. They are collective spaces for shared wisdom building. Together we build the improvisational designs, we play shared games and we ask the questions that guide our exploration. Those who are new with no experience will be folded in.
